ABOUT DENISE ALENDA AND EASY ASSIST

Hello, my name is Denise Alenda and I am the owner and founder of Easy Assist, LLC. I am a Virtual Assistant with more than 30 years of experience in the for profit and non-profit corporate worlds. I’ve worn many hats during those years and have gained experience as an Executive Assistant, Client Relations Manager, Project Manager, and more. Recently, I added Internet Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and other web marketing techniques to my portfolio to help my clients make their product or service more visible to the widest and most appropriate audience possible. I truly enjoy contributing to the success of others and have worked toward that end both in business and as a volunteer. My passion for working with the Internet and with software programs keeps me constantly striving to keep abreast of the latest trends in Internet Marketing and business processes. That passion translates into providing my clients with extremely up to date and competitive services. Services not often available to entrepreneurs and small businesses because of the salaries demanded by the people who perform them.

After you contact me for your free consultation, I will propose a service package, based on your specific need. The proposal will state the tasks required and the estimated completion time along with any material costs or postage, if applicable. Also included will be the fee for my service and other arrangements. Should you approve the proposal, a contract will be sent to you and our partnership begins!

Policies

Guarantee:
If I make an error, I will correct it free of charge.

Any additional client requested changes; such as format changes or content updates, will be considered as billed time.

Payment Methods Accepted:
Credit Cards
Business or Personal Checks
Cashier’s Checks

Payment Policies:
There is a one-hour minimum charge for all services.

Monthly Retainer Invoices will be billed at Net:15 days.

Special Projects will require up to a 50% deposit, based on project size and estimate.

Rush projects and overtime will be billed at 1-1/2 times the agreed upon rate.

Late charges are applied to all past due invoices.
